Shipping Information
Please note that all orders are scheduled to ship the next business day (unless otherwise noted on product).
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) from Commerce, California. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Box, so please enter a valid, physical address. All orders shipped UPS Ground can take up to 5 business days for delivery, once shipped.
For APO/FPO orders, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS). These orders can take up to 10 business days for special processing.
For all international orders, please call 323-728-4503 to place order and confirm rates. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur duties and taxes, responsilble by the customer.
Refund Policy
Please note that all orders have a 30-day return policy from the original order date.
If an order is sent out correctly and an exchange or return is desired within 30 days, please note that Total Order less Shipping charges will be refunded only. If an order is sent out incorrectly, please contact us at 323-728-4503 to set up a return/exchange without paying shipping charges.
