As a wrestler at The Ohio State University, Randleman was a two-time NCAA champion, known for superior strength.  Randleman obtained the UFC Heavyweight belt in 1999.  He fought in the PRIDE organization from 2002 through 2006.  He made his MMA return in 2008 with a victory at Sengoku II.  Kevin plans to continue fighting regularly in 2009
